Please log in at the bottom in order to check your account information and make a vacation request.
You should have received an email with your username and password when you first filled out our application. Your username is your email and if your forgot your password it will offer you a chance to renew it after trying.
Once logged in, you can view all of your information on the "Home Page".
Click on "Log a Case" at the top to make a vacation request.
Click on "View Cases" to see your history. It will only show which cases are still "Open" (meaning we have not posted them yet) on the first page.
Click on "View Closed Cases" in order to see your history which means we have posted your vacation request.
