At Great Country Farms we believe in being an active partner in our community and with local business. We are working actively with the Tree of Life Food Bank in Purcellville, VA to reach out to families most in need of fresh produce, Christmas trees and the overall farm experience. We look forward to partnering with local businesses to mutually expand our customer base and provide them with valuable connections, information and experiences.

Great Country Farms aims to provide the local community with one of the Washington Metro area's best u-pick education and agritainment experiences available. To allow us to do this we need to continually improve and change existing exhibits and activities as well as create new ones. We also continue to upgrade the buildings, pathways and surrounding grounds to enhance our farm experience for all of our visitors.
Throughout the year we celebrate special u-pick occasions and hold festivals that allow sponsors the opportunity to showcase their products and services in a happy and friendly environment. These events can range from our Blackberry Bonanza and Wellness Festival with health and wellness partners sharing information, experiences and products with our customers to Dog Days, where we celebrate man's best friend, the family dog.
Tailored packages can be developed to suit any organization at any level. The following list of benefits outlines the kind of promotional and marketing benefits available according to the level of contribution.
These can include:
- Recognition as a sponsor in external marketing campaigns
- Logo and acknowledgement in local media
- Admission passes to Great Country Farms
- Naming and mike opportunities for on-farm contests such as our annual Diaper Derby and Pie Eating Contest

School/PTO Fundraising Support
Great Country Farms is proud to host thousands of school children at the farm each season for educational experiences. We are pleased to support local school PTAs and PTOs in their fund-raising efforts, and to donate Fan of the Farm Season Passes for fund-raising auctions.
Calling all Pumpkin Carvers!
Join our Glow Nights pumpkin carving team this year! Sign up your class, club or even your whole school to carve pumpkins for our Annual Glow Nights event. We provide the pumpkins and carving knives, and you provide the creativity and fun. Use the pumpkins in educational experiences such as weights and measures, seed counting and math skills, and then have fun carving them into masterpieces in your class. The carved pumpkins are then collected and returned to the farm to be part of our Glow Nights experience. All carvers receive a free pass to the Glow Nights event as well, so that they can check out their creation. Contact us @
