Once logged in, you can view all of your information on the "Home Page".
Click on "Log a Case" at the top to make a vacation request or send feedback
Click on "View Cases" to see your history. It will only show which cases are still "Open" (meaning we have not posted them yet) on the first page.
Click on "View Closed Cases" in order to see your history which meanes we have either posted your vacation request, payment, or responded to your feedback in the "Related Comments" section.
Note* Only those who have paid using our online payment page can view their history. If you paid by check or credit card over the phone, we still have your payment it just isn't visable through this website.
